About The Coffee:Ranitos de Altura del Ortiz is a family-run micromill in Santa María de Dota, Tarrazú, Costa Rica, managed by sisters Joyce and Johana Calderón.
The mill is part of a larger family operation, with their father, Omar Calderón, managing the family farms.
Recommended Recipe: Slowly pour 150ml of hot water (92-96°C) over 3 minutes.
