About The Coffee: Farm Las Flores began in 1990, it was founded by Edilberto Vergara and Nubia Ayure. Originally from the department of Cundinamarca, children of coffee growers who inherited their passion for the countryside and especially for coffee.
Chiroso is most likely a mutation of the Caturra variety, which historically has been planted around Urrao in Colombia. Originally cultivated for its resilience and high productivity in the cool climate and high elevations of the area, it is now being celebrated for its complex and floral cup profile.
Recommended Recipe: Slowly pour 150ml of hot water (92-96°C) over 3 minutes.
